Rates & Insurance


Our rates vary depending on the clinician seen and the service provided.

Please refer to our FEE SCHEDULE for the most up-to-date rates for each of our clinicians.


All services provided are self-pay. TAOW is considered an ‘out-of-network provider’ – we do not participate with any insurance plans. We will provide you with an insurance-compatible billing statement for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.  Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for mental health services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?


We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
