The PDLP is a high performance program that blends psychology and the neuroscience of the ‘flow’ state. PDLP is designed for those seeking to be what they were born to be, do what they were meant to do, and have a life they love. Your participation in our program will have you develop the skills and techniques to reach your full personal, professional, and financial potential. The PDLP was created by Dr. Sidra Ghafoor at The Art of Wellness and John Breen at Main Line High Performance.

Goals & Objectives of PDLP

Led By: John Breen

John Breen is an award winning professional high-performance coach and athlete. A pioneer in maximizing human potential through the application of the neuroscience of state, Breen has coached individuals and teams at the high school, collegiate, and Olympic levels. He is currently the High-Performance Coach for the UPenn Sailing Team.

He has led corporate team building with Lockheed Martin, Young Presidents’ Organization, and several Fortune 100 companies. He implemented Leadership Design with Nemours duPont and Marriott Senior Living. Currently, he works with the leadership from Quaker BioVentures (a venture capital firm), P Agnes, and Ballard Spahr. Breen has been featured on CBS, KYW, WWDB, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Daily Pennsylvanian, and Penn Medicine News.

In addition to his professional engagements, Breen is the founder of two transformative nonprofits and serves as the head coach of a third – each committed to the personal growth and development of its participants: Schuylkill River Athletic Club (SRAC), Fitness in Recovery (FIR), and Hope Afloat. SRAC brings the sport of dragon boating to underserved youth and families in the Pottstown community. FIR utilizes a proprietary application of the neuroscience of state to facilitate recovery from depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. Hope Afloat is a women’s breast cancer survivor dragon boat team.

Time: Thursday evenings @ 7:15 pm – 8:45 pm (with 10-minute break at 8:00 pm)

Cost: $1380 total ($115 per session)
